1. RETURNS
You may return most new, unused items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return , Opening video is a must to claim any returns , The item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received , the item must be in the original packaging , you must provide proof of purchase (sales Invoice)

Please note to provide your bank account details to the above email if you have any return so that we can refund you the amount if the return is approved , without any delay as we do not collect any of your financial informations and that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [GK INDUSTRIES , Bldg. 2. DAMAGED , MISSED OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you have received a damaged or missed or incorrect item , please contact us at +91 9744255900 or gkindustriesmvk@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the photos of the item received and packaging. Opening video is must to claim any damages or missing or incorrect items. If the item is physically damaged or received a wrong item , customer do not have to pay the return shipping fee and proof of purchase (Sales Invoice) is a must.
3. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.

4. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective , damaged or the wrong item was sent.
